Supplies are delivered by UPS. We strive to ship your products within 3-5 days after receipt of your payment. However, it can happen that a product is not in stock. In this case, we let you know with time and deliver the product within ten business days after your payment is received.
Our shipping by UPS plus meet the costs of the valid VAT rates. The costs depend on the weight of the goods ordered. With your order you will see exactly how much the shipping costs will be.

For the delivery of our products, we work closely with UPS and DHL. We ship worldwide. If your country is not on the list of transit countries, please contact our customer service.

Returns and Damage
Despite the great care with which we deal with your order, it is possible that an item is damaged or you accidentally get the wrong product.
